If you are using our website or purchasing products on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website and will apply to orders placed after that date; orders placed before an update remain governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Consumption

All products sold by Lunar Research Supply are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. Our products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or for use as food, drugs, cosmetics, or household items. No product sold by Lunar Research Supply is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or animal use.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing products solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research.
  • You understand the potential hazards associated with handling research chemicals and peptides.
  • You will ensure that all individuals who handle or use the products are properly trained, qualified, and equipped to do so safely.
  • You will not use, or permit others to use, any product for human or veterinary consumption, in any manner other than for research purposes, or for any use that would violate applicable laws or regulations.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Our website and products are intended for use only by individuals who are at least 21 years of age and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By accessing our website or purchasing products, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms.
  • If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe that an order or account may be associated with individuals under 21 years of age or with any unlawful activity.

4. Ordering, Pricing & Payment Terms

All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase products pursuant to these Terms and are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, accept or reject any order, or place limits on quantities purchased per person, per entity, or per order.

Product Information and Pricing. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to correct such error and to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed with incorrect information, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled item(s).

Payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases made on our website. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. You are responsible for all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and fees.

Order Review and Cancellation. We reserve the right to review and verify any order prior to fulfillment, to hold an order until verification is complete, and to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, improper use of products, violations of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations. If your order is canceled, we will notify you using the contact information provided and, where applicable, refund any payment received for the canceled order.

Promotions and Free Gifts. From time to time we may offer promotions, such as a free gift or free cases on orders that reach a stated product subtotal. Unless a promotion states otherwise: (a) we select the free item; (b) free items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for credit; (c) the qualifying amount is based on the product subtotal, excluding shipping and taxes; (d) if an order is canceled or partially refunded so that it no longer meets the qualifying amount, the free item may be removed from the order or its retail value deducted from any refund; (e) promotions cannot be combined unless stated; and (f) we may change or end any promotion at any time without notice.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping and Delivery. We ship only to street addresses within the United States and do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and associated costs will be presented at the time of purchase. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in shipment or delivery arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing the receipt and use of our products in your jurisdiction. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. As a courtesy, we will work with the carrier to help resolve lost or delayed packages that are reported as described in our Shipping Policy.

Inspection on Receipt. You must inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if any items are missing, incorrect, or damaged in transit. Failure to notify us within this period may limit or preclude our ability to assist with replacements or other remedies.

Returns. Unopened items with original seals intact may be returned if you notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days, and return shipping is your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund the item price to your original payment method. Opened items, shipping charges, and free promotional items are not refundable. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items. Any order damaged in transit is eligible for replacement if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. Photo and video evidence of the damage, including the packaging, is required for all damage claims. If an item is missing or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the items received; once confirmed, we will ship the missing or correct item. Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and features available on the Lunar Research Supply website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product names, videos, software, and the overall design and layout (collectively, the “Content”), are the property of Lunar Research Supply or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website and Content solely for lawful purposes related to evaluating and purchasing our products for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all products and services provided by Lunar Research Supply are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or trade usage.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that (a) the products will meet your specific research objectives; (b) the products or Content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free; or (c) our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products or website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property or proprietary rights.
